Healthcare system lacks measures against corruption

Oh, what rubbish! Serbian Medical Society can very well announce its condemnation on medical workers' who not only accept "gifts" but also expect and demand them. And not just "gifts" but cash money! My mother-in-law waited 3 weeks for her operation (laying in hospital bed) as we didn't immediately understand the politics.
One can't say the Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic is up to his job allowing corrupted ethics of medical workers.
But it seems also others want to wash their hands by saying that there's nothing they could do.
