“Serbia won’t join EU any time soon”

World Bank expert Branko Milanović says he is “very pessimistic” about Serbia’s EU prospects.

The header points to Mr. Milanovic as being a World Bank expert.
As far as economics go, how can anybody argue the bad economic policies of Mr. Milosevic?

Especially from an expert such as Mr. Milanovic happens to be...

But how does he now become an expert in foreign affairs, EU strategy and internal Serbian politics at the same time?

Lump that in with the Kosovo quandrum, and we've got a man who clearly is more qualified than anybody that I'VE ever read about...

Who was he talking to?
Was this at the dinner table, or at an international press conference?

I realise it's in the Interest Groups category, but come on....Does EVERYTHING need to be quoted by everybody??

well, if the EU does not want Serbia inside the EU... where´s the problem about that?

who would have more profit of closing the south-eastern-european gap between greece and the other states in the north?

there are some poeple in the western capitals that will have to learn that some things are not "for sale" ...
