if the Republic of Serbia has changed it´s constitution in regard to that matter, I am fine with that.

I found the extradition of Milosevic to be a shameful act, since Djindjic violated his own constitution.

if Mladic should really be in Serbia and caught, I would be among those who approve an extradition, since he is not a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, as far as I know.

to cut it short: Mr.Simic can talk a lot, there should not be any "bargains" about extradition of serbian citizens that are against the law.

It is only someone's responsibility to do something if it is POSSIBLE for them to do it. It is also everyone's RESPONSIBILITY to give EVERYONE the presumption of innocence, and to present their proof if they have any, or to keep silent if they do not have any proof. As we all know the world is not that simple or honest, but at the very least the Serbian Parliamentarians should set a proper example.

With these two points clearly accepted by all REASONABLE people, then it is obvious that Serbia has done everything necessary and within it's means to fully cooperate with the Hague.

I think the the President of Serbia could be trying to get a person from his own Party to be Prime Minister by endorsing this unwarranted remark.

Let me state it so that it is clear to everyone that Serbia has, is, and will continue to fully fulfil it's International obligations. Any comments to the contrary by any Serbian Parliamentarian or high Public Official will be viewed as TREASON for which there are heavy penalties and any view to the contrary by other people will be considered as MALICIOUS SLANDER, and these people will be pursued in a Court of Law. If anyone has any information concerning Mladic, then they should present it to the Hague if they are genuine. If Mladic is alive, then hopefully he will be captured very soon. The longer the Authorities continue to search for him, the greater will be their chances of success, because most wanted people are eventually brought to justice.

I have articles that state that the President of Serbia is one of several lackeys of America and the EU. To be someone's lackey is one thing, but if he is a lackey to the point of lying against one's own country for the benefit of his own Party, then this will become clear to many people.

The overwhelming majority of the people of Serbia, and most Serbian Parliamentarians want to join the European Union, and therefore Sebia will continue to fully cooperate with the Hague. The EU can show that they want Serbia to be in the EU by commencing immeadiate SAA talks. There is no need to wait until the next Government, because that could be several months away, and it really is Europe's turn to show their committment to Serbia, because up till now Serbia has shown their total committment to Europe.
