If I expressed my regrets at what happened because of an earthquake, I obviously would not be claiming any responsibility for the earthquake or it's consequences. This is because no human being can be held responsible for an earthquake.

If the Serbian Parliament feels that it has to say something because of the ICJ announcement, then it could express it's regret at the fate of the former Yugoslavia, while making sure not to accept any responsibility until the true and full facts have been established by UNBIASED SCOURCES. I think that the Parliament should set up a VERY VERY PUBLIC commission of enquiry lasting years to get to the truth of the whole Yugoslav episode. The findings should be front page news and a web page that contains the detailed version plus the "waffle" free version.

There are many unbiased American and European reseachers who know that a lack of democracy had nothing to do with Yugoslavia as it was already democratic, and whose personal testomony and written work will be valuable for the ENQUIRY. One reason for the Yugoslav Wars was public ownership of businesses (DEMOCRACTIC SOCIALISM), which was incompatiable with America's goal of globalization and world domination. All of the former Yugoslavia is now a capitalist free market economy, and America and the EU can come and get their blood money.

How dare the EU dictators say that the next Serbian Government will not be democratic if the Radicals are in it. I will admit that their name leaves a lot to be desired, and really does not help the Serbian cause, but they are not as radical as some political groups in Europe. Perhaps their slogan could be if you think we are radical, then look at America and Europe.

The Radicals have said that they might not be in Government, so therefore the next Government will be democratic, moderate, and for Europe and for the entire world. This is true even if it is a democratic, moderate minority Government supported by other Parties that is for Europe and for the entire world. We should not be surprised if the negotiations go on for quite a long time, or that there is a fresh election.

The new Serbian Constitution now demands obedience to the UN Charter for all Serbian Parliamentarians. I believe the Serbia should give Poland some time to obey the UN Charter, and if they do not, then, no business with 50% or more Polish ownership should be allowed to be established in Serbia. All existing businesses that are 50% or more Polish owned should be given one year to sell their business to someone else, and if they can not get a fair price then the Government will compulsorarily aquire the businesses a a fair price by borrowing the money from their own Reserve Bank, and then selling the businesses.

Serbia should not except for quarantine reasons boycott any Polish goods as this would punish innocent Polish citizens and this would not be right. For Poland's sake Serbia should wait until the last minute to announce a new Government or to call a frsh election. This will give the Polish Government the maximum time to decide that they really do like the Helsinki Final Act 1975, International Law, and the UN Charter.
