The double standards are ofensive...the fact that he could be free to do politics...that is ofensive.

If he is not guilty he is not guilty. Theres nothing offensive abotu that. Whats offensive is assumying something somebody else is not.

If there is proof that he is guilty then let it shine if there is not then its an injustice.

Someone should be held accountable for the abuses carried out against the Serbian people. Do you perhaps have some better suggestions? Anyways, international human rights law is based on Command Responsibility. I know by Balkans standards you probably feel whatever retaliation meted out to Serbs was justified, however, we are moving towards modern Western European standards aren’t we? At least Serbia seems to be held to those standards of punishment. If found guilty, it will probably just be a symbolic punishment like Oric anyways.
