NO! NO! NO! The Serbian parliament must NOT make a declaration about Srebrenica at this time.

There must be a full and impartial investigation into what exactly occured in the Srebrenica Pocket. Only then when the full facts are known by all should any expressions of regret be made by anyone.

There has been far to much drum beating, jingoism and spin and far to little clinical investigation into discovering the actual events.

It is time for the propaganda politics which have been clouding the truth of what happened in the balkans in the '90s to stop. Relatives of the victims of all the conflicts deserve to know the truth about what happened to their loved ones.

Only then can blame be apportioned correctly and hopefully reconciliations can be made.

If the ICJ is not asking for it, then why propose it? These mutterings are coming from those who appear to be the puppets of the EU. They are a loud mouthed minority who are more concerned with their own interests than with Serbia's interests.

I believe that all Serbian Parliamentarians can express their regrets at what has happened to the former Yugoslavia and just leave it at that. I think that America and the EU want Serbia to accept all responsibility because this would sooth their quilty consciences if they had a conscience.

A good guide is that if America or the EU want you to do something, than you would be wise most times not to do it, like they want Serbia to form a Government very quickly. I do not believe that America or the EU have any good intentions toward Serbia, and that is why I say this.
