Firstly, the ICJ declared that Serbia was not responsible for Srebrenica, and so I do not see the need for such a resolution. At the same time all Serbian Parliamentarians should express their regrets that the entire Yugoslav wars were engineeered by the West because they did not like SOCIALISM. Now that Serbia is a capitalist free enterprise economy, America and the EU can come and get their blood money. This in no way reflects on all other countries that are Not the USA or the EU, and private enterprise from ALL countries other than America and the EU are very welcome and encouraged to set up buisnesses and make profits.

Secondly, the Serbian Parliament would do better to pass a clear and unequivocal resolution condemning the ethnic cleansing that the Croats did on the Serbs seeing as the Croats are trying the same slanderous and malicious PR STUNT as the Bosnians did.

The fact that they say that Serbia did not do enough to prevent it or that Serbia has not cooperated with the Hague is only a thought that America and their puppet the EU want them to have, and for which they have no proof. It could be said that Serbia did not do enough to prevent the Iraq war. Who can know what is in someone's mind and how do you change it when their mind is made up? Milosevic could not have prevented it even if he had wanted to because his health would have deteriorated very quickly.

Serbia has done everything to cooperate with the Hague, and instead of just parroting such phrases, please give specific instances together with PROOF, otherwise give your propoganda back to your parrot, where you got it from in the first place.
