If you want the best economy you should remember one thing, the more purposeful work that a country does the more wealth it will have. In an ideal world the way to do this is to have no money in any country, but only lots of purposeful work. I know that this is not feasible because it is not a perfect world, but the closer these principles can be followed the better the economy will be.
