This shows that there are many people and even companies that are finding it difficult to pay their bills.

What is needed is for the Government to pay these bills by borrowing the money from it's own Reserve Bank. I know that sometimes the term borrowing from the Reserve Bank can be used as a fancy way of saying PRINT THE MONEY, but I am suggesting the the Government pay back the money from it's huge Bugdet surplus that it will have because of sound economic management and high employment.

The reason that Governments do not just print money is because this will lead to inflation as most people are greedy and will seek more than modest price increases of say less than 5% a year.

It would be a good time for Serbia to have a JUBILEE, and this means that everyone's debt in Serbia is cancelled but only what is owed to other Serbian citizens.

Foreign debts would have to be honoured though I believe that when the time is right, Serbia should default all of it's debts to the March 1999 NATO countries. Perhaps Serbia should borrow more from the March 1999 NATO countries just before they default on these loans.
