Haradinaj case witness dead

Why can Del Ponte find no witnesses in the whole of the Balkans for the Haradinaj indictment despite having served it nearly 2 ago? Perhaps because he is not a war criminal. In any normal jurisdiction, if there is no evidence, then there is no indictment. The repeating of malicious unfounded gossip under the rubrik 'everyone knows....' does not constitute evidence either in law or real life.

Is this man a Montenegrin/Montenegro citizen? His name is not Albanian, but he could still be doing a hit for Haradinaj/Haradinaj's men for money. There are criminals of all ethnicities in the Balkans working together in crime.

If someone was to do a car hit, it would be important to have a heavy car or truck, and loaded up so the other vehicle would get most damaged.

Maybe witnesses are hard to find because they turn up dead, or are afraid of dying? Welcome to the Balkan legal system.

Carla found a whitness, bu he is murdered, by a serb driver, in a car accident. His name is Aleksandar Ristović, just in case somebody accuses albanians again!

When the trail chamber asked the prosecutor to drop more then half of the charges( for lack of evidence)that had people of Serbian ethnicity as victims, they responded this way:
"The prosecution warned the judges that this would disturb "the delicate balance" in the ethnic composition of the victims of the crimes Haradinaj, Balaj and Brahimaj are charged with."

This is disgusting to the extreme. The fact the prosecution would attempt to balance the ethnicity of the victims is very unprofessional. This case would have been thrown out in any normal court on ethical grounds.
