This is a good sign for Kostunica, Tadic, et all and the Serbs. Sergei Ivanov has being and outspoken critic against the independance of Kosovo without the consent of Belgrade and Pristina.

Belgrade is not giving consent as evidenced by a clear parliamentary rebuttal of the Ahtisaari plan.

Serbia is used to Ultimatums, in 1914 Austro-Hungary issued an ultimatum and little Serbia steeled and defended itself for two years beating back the Austro-Hungarians to Vienna.

IN 1939, Hitler unleashed Operation Punishment and invaded Yugoslavia after King Paul was overthrown in a coup de etat.

In 1999, NATO and the EU unleashed its military power on little Yugoslavia after the "Rambouillet Ultimatum" was delivered.

Ahtisaari Ultimatum is just a drop in a bucket and nothing new to the Serbs. They will refuse to allow the territorial integrity of Serbia to be compromised.
