Croatian returnees to Bosnia get financial aid

As many as 18 Croatian war refugee families willing to return to Bosnia signed a financial aid agreement.

It said that 22% would be given for the cost of returnees - I do hope that the other 78% is found from other funds other than the returnees expected to put money in. Returnees on all sides should be able to return if they wish too & it should be encouraged and guarantees ensured but the fnding should be 100% of it and the returnees should not have to spend a penny for the return.

Also see is some are returning to the north I would suggest that the Republika ensures that they are all welcomed and that this is celebrated.
