An inmate who suffered injuries during the <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/society-article.php?nav_category=112&mm=11&dd=24&yyyy=2006" class="text-link" target= "_blank">quelling of the Niš prison riots </a>last November has died.

Seems more people are dying of police abuse since Milosevic's fall than during his reign.
I don't recall sleeping people being attacked in Milosevic's time - it was more a reaction to protestors. This here is much worse.
Milosevic did well considering his country was under attack, had spies and agents always seeking to provoke and stir up trouble, along with some media inflaming the situation.
