Serbia has done everything to cooperate, and the proof of this is the fact that Serbia has given the Albanians the maximum compromise possibly and placed this in the Constitution.

UN SC Resolution calls for a compromise, and Ahtisaari says that he does not want to hear the word compromise, but only the word solution. He has shown himself on many occassions to flagrantly ignore the UN Charter and the responsibilty that the UN has granted him, and I believe that he should be replaced immeadiately. As long as Serbia never signs away Kosovo, then it will always only be TEMPORARY STATUS, and Kosovo will never be able to join the UN or to join up with Albania legally, and if you want an example then look at Aceh of Indonesia that was given autonomy.

This statement clearly shows that Serbia should have nothing to do with NATO, because if they have not changed, and probably never will.

What would a "Constructive" aggrement be from Serbia?

-Give up there own land?

Serbia, coming from an Israeli who understands your situation to some extent, I tell you stick to the coarse. If it has worked this far it certainly will in the future. Truth is they cannot take your land away from you with the use of force, you have international law on your side. I don't think this situation will end so easily as others may think. Serbia from what I read is becoming incredibly powerful again. your economy is increasing to a massive extent. This I know because I have done business in Serbia for several months now....Belgrade is wonderful btw, very fine people. I know from the Serbian FM (Forget his name) visit to Israel several months ago had come to a agreement with my country for $4 Billion in investment to Serbia. A fine way to build our relationship.

I hope I am still saying this right...Dobar dan. Some of my colleagues were teaching me some useful words when I was in Serbia.

What kind of joke is this? NATO telling Serbia to cooperate? What what if we don't? What if we stand up and don't bow down to their imperialism again? Let them bomb us again, if you ask me, but we must not bow down to their demands, for NATO is criminal.

this is code.

"be cooperative" and "be constructive" means sign this document and make it legal (because we don't have a legal mechanism and if you don't it can be very messy).

and that means be complicit in your own rape.

i doubt anyone in BG will sign... and i doubt there wll be excluson from the EU because of that (large privatizations await...and significant money is already lined up to capitalize these segments of the economy ).
