Serbian citizens can keep funds abroad

There should be NO restrictions WHATSOEVER on the inflow and outflow of capital.Furthermore,the euro should be adopted as the official or at least co-official currency of Serbia.

I agree serbs should have the ability for accounts abroad. Those who still have little trust in domestic bank accounts following the bank colapses in the 90's may find it more secure, however foreign banks are now in serbia.It is also good for students abroad as well as businesses, however to be utiised more by the rich than the poor average serb, who as well as not affording the trip cannot even get a visa.

Serbia should not adopt the euro until it has succesfully negotiated or happy with the compromises provided by the european union. It should not show desparation to join and hence weakening its negotiating position. By accepting the euro its cementing itself with the EU when there could be a better alternative. I personally do not believe joining the EU is in serbia's interest, so called friends do not require conditions. The carrot and stick approach is plenty of stick but no carrot. I am sick of the same message coming from the EU, we want serbia to join but it must cooperate with ICTY, same rubbish but worded differently, however ignore Nato/EU bomb you UNAWFULLY causing $30 billion damage, than take away 15% of your territory again for nothing and expect you to do that for joining the EU where you shall be treated as second class citizens because the rights will be much reduced than those who first joined. The SAA and accession agreement is where serbia negotiates its conditions when in the EU, once agreed serbia is stuck with it, why weaken that position it should look for other alternatives and demonstrate that it would take them. The EU and US do not want serbia under russian influence and that has been admitted hence the softer tone, if it doesnt want that then provide a bunch of carrots.
