I am by no means a fan of Seselj’s policies in any way and testimony is absurd at times to say the least. He tried to blame Srebenica on French hired foreign mercenaries being trained for operations in the Congo?!?! However, I feel that since he voluntarily turned himself in he did in fact show some sort of respect for the court and the court should respect whatever his rights are procedurally. If he wants to say totally crazy insane things at trial and have attorneys who will support him, that’s his business. Most prosecutors here in the States would love a defense strategy like that. I say give him as much rope as he likes.

It'S about time that the tribunal sentences this guy to 40 years in jail for his participation in the joint criminal enterprise.

It's a distorsion of justice to let a guy like him behaved as if he was a victim!
