Dear Viktor,

You really should move beyond the propaganda. Here are the bosnia figures.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosnian_War#Casualties bosnia war dead

Siljadzic claimed 128,000 'bosnian dead' in december of 1992. In June 1993 Senad Kreso said 200,000. In 1994, Cherif Bassouni claimed 200,000.

200,000 dead = ~200 dead on average per day. Nothing published from either side at the time supports this figure and never did. Repeating it doesn't make it true, now that the figures are almost definitive.

Countless! Not even 100 Serbs have been convicted for the death of 150 000 Bosnians! Come on! Are you serious?

Nations do what is most advantages for them. Be it the EU, US, or whoever. Agim Ceku is a classic example, how the "Powers that be"' looked the other way when it was in their interests to prop this war criminal in Kosovo.

Economic issues should never be intertwined with political ones.It is for the benefit of ALL the people in the Balkans to move forward economically in a constructive manner. The European homeland belongs to all and the promise of a brighter day must be paramount in all deliberations.

Victor - Mladic will only get what Oric received, a hero's welcome. I don't seem to read any of your posts clamoring for the injustice that was done by letting Oric go free, or even that Ceku is not behind bars.

Let it go! You already have Slobo dead, Seselj not too far behind, and countless other Serbs behind bars, alebit some unjustly...see Krajisnik.

I would like to see just one significant Muslim, Croat, or Albanian get significant jail time. This was a kangaroo court and it's a nusiance to have around, especially when the moral western powers are commiting the exact crimes in Iraq that they pinned on the Serbs.

Don't be fooled.

This is all linked to Kosovo and the EU is using it as a bargaining chip.

It also takes some wind out of the Radical's sails as they were the only party who said they would refuse sending anyone else to the ICTY.

Don't be fooled. They can always reimpose the condition when they feel like it.

It's funny how Europe deals with war criminals and the nations that support them, harbor them, feed them.

Mladic was the grave-digger of the Bosnian nation and ther EU seemingly is about to let him go, without any punishment.

now that´s what i call "reality-connected politics". so now eu just has to stop daydreaming about kosovo indiependence, and everything will work out fine. of course the intellectuel process about kosovo shouldn´t last 12 years like in the case of mladic! it´s up to the eu if they are going to work out albanian autonomy within serbia with belgrade or if russia will do so. at the momen russia has a far more realistic and constructive approach on the south-serbian-issue.
