If Mr.Delic would read my posts he would be saving the Serbian people a lot of money considering the fact I have been more than generous with my time in crafting an economic program for Serbia free of the huge consulting fees that Mr.Stiglitz is going to charge.I suggested months ago when Nicole Kidman was visiting Kosovo Serbia should get Brad Pitt to visit Belgrade. My economic development plan for Serbia is far bolder and more progressive than what Mr.Stiglitz is going to propose because although I have the highest respect for him and am very familiar with his work he is going to propose a more conservative go slow approach than what Serbia actually needs in order to make up for so many years of economic decline and stagnation.

A judicial system that protects investment, both foreign and domestic, would be a good start.

Also, perhaps an understanding of the difficulties of doing business in Serbia over the past 15 years would be welcome. To maintain a going concern was, and still is, fraught with danger and this should be considered when demonising ALL those who survived during this period.

well, I am not that sure that some movie-actor would be a good move to improve the serbian image.
concentrating on the rule of law and getting some investors to come to Serbia would be better I guess...

I would be against it, if Mr. Pitt asked for too much money for his visit in Belgrade.
