Milošević’s Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) won four of the six parliamentary elections held in Serbia to date.

The percentages are of the number of seats gained in the early 1990s elections - not of the number of votes.

Presumably the electoral system changed at some point during this period.

Dear sir, The percentage figures in the 1990s' elections are completely uncomprihensible. They seem to show rather the real power in Milosevic's hands than the opinion of Serbian electorate. Since 2000 the votes given and the percentages calculated seem to be in balance. Are the figures in the 1990s' official ones? If so, then one has to question how the electorate could accept the fraud for all those years.
