As I am reading the same story in other news groups, Solana also says: "He doesn't believe anyone will use a veto at UN Seecurity council, upon Ahtisari's proposal,"

Why hasn't B92 reported that?

Solana says Ahtisarri will "present his plan for a POTENTIAL solution" and at that point the discussions on what the reality might become will begin - looks like Sediju will have to brush up on his negotiation skills.

I really think that February is going to be very hot although it will be snowing. Kosovo will become independent while Boris Tadic needs to get live on the famous RTS to announce the "great loss" of Kosovo. Solana and many others will be in Prishtina raising the new kosovar flag, while Serbia needs to apologize for crimes that destroyed the future of tens of millions of Balkan people. Only then comes Europe...but only for those who think alike and not for the ones who tend to believe in ruling forcibly the others.
