I think the assumpation if Albanians are living in the same area the will reap the same benefits? Yes and then when the enclaves start to grow and you will have complaints that the enclaves are getting bigger not really it will albanians moving there for a hand out of free power. None pays the electric bill only a few. When they have people protest because they cut the power due to non payment? Give me a break i don't see Serbs threatened the KEK officials nor do i see illegal power consumpation as well in the enclaves.

Situation with electricity in southern Serbian province of Kosovo is disastrous.I found a video recorded in Kosovo it is called "Snowman in the dark" http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2432723743149439623
everyone should watch it and maybe then you will be able to realize what kind of life people have down there. This electricity story make me wanna cry.Regards

Oliver...
This means that Albanians within those enclaves will also receive some of those benefits..
Or are you suggesting that out of spite for the welfare of the tiny Serbian community, that you'd prefer to have the rest of the Kosovo population foot the tax bill?!?!

You're a very angry person.

Populism from Serbian authorities. I am sure that there are people in Serbia who have it much worse but do not receive such treatment from the state.

The Roma minority living in Serbia have it 10 times worse, than the Serbs living in Kosovo, but nothing is being done to improve their life conditions. Among those people electricity still is luxury.
