Serbia never got compensation from the multiple toxic Tisza River spills by Romania caused by an Australian-owned goldmine company. Serbia never received compensation for Romania opening the damns to relieve flood waters on itself.

So until the others pay Serbia, why should Serbia pay for alleged accidents?

And from my understanding they never found the source of the last oil spill.
