''It is the shame for any court to keep a prisoner for over 4 years in prison without even starting a trial (that is what happened to Seselj and other Serbs...)'' The reason is simple. They want to rule the Court as they ruled over their paramilitaries. THey also want to make a show a the Court for the RADICALS in Serbia who still think that they are honourable men while they are war criminals.

wow... the things Serbs have to do just for them to get a chance to defend themselves. What ever happen to the Due Process where everyone is entitled to these rights automatically and everyone is presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty.

I thought it was 28 days?

Seselj put himself on the line and at the last minute the Hague accepted his demands.

Its too bad he lost so much weight...his health took a toll.I pray that he recovers quickly to health. A true defender of Serbia he is, and I am glad he will live!

Seselj was forced to accept lawyer to defend his case who didn't work in his interest.
Hague continued his trial farce ignoring Seseljs right to be treated as a human being.
17 Serbs on trial in Hague DIED under very suspicious circumstances. It seems that when Hague prosecutors feel that they are loosing the case - their prisoner would misteriously die!

God bless America and Serbia!
