Montenegro accuses ethnic Albanians of plotting insurgency

Gee, this is surprising!

How interesting, I was actually reading the forums on Albanian.com just to see how the other side felt, and I actually read some posts talking about their plans for Montenegro around the time the election was held. Anyone interested should read that site, there's some scary stuff in their forums.

Every Serb and Montenegrin knew this would eventually happen. The sad part is that every Albanian knew it was going to happen.

That is an interesting website you suggested. Seems like a bunch of teenagers with too many hormones (kind of funny, actually the way they try to talk tough). I even saw one of the pop-up banners advertise a porn site.

I found a thread where a romanian got in there supporting kosovo independence. Then, they jumped down his throat when he described archaeological evidence that albanians are descended from dacians. These sorts of things (trying to read the posts in an a-political way, if this is even possible) are actually very entertaining.

To really think that a few shepherds and a couple of cooks from Det. were planning on overthrowing the Gov of Montenegro is purely absurd. The truth as the people of Montengro know it is that the arrests were purely political as a way to to sway the voting process to the left. As a proud Alb. from Montenegro i have complete confidence that the right things will be done in the process that is to follow concerning the jailed Albanians. As for Doda Lucaj and Vaselj Dedvukaj and a couple of others i'm sure that their intentions were not honorable but to overthrow the Goverment............hello wake up.

Montenegro, you are a stepping stone for Greater Albania.

And who the heck was Ibriham Rugova? Some artist with bad taste in scarves........

Just for the record, Slobodan Milosevic saved Rugova life by putting him under the protection of the Serbian army after the KLA started killing various pro-Serb Albanians.

The sad thing is Montenegrin and Albanian culture are nearly identical (Clans, blood feuds etc). It would be really nice if somehow Montenegro could be the bridge between the differences of the Serbs and the Albanians.

Why donlt all of you step outside your little boxes and look at the greater picture. Haven't you learned anything from the wars in the Balkans. Until the Albanian Question is answered, the process of ethnic strife and worse yet, violence will continue. Montenegro is no different and will not go untainted by the Yugoslav curse.
