I dont agree with most of radical politics, but i see their point that serbophobia is common in the Hague...

bannana court with a bannana agenda... achieving neither reconciliation nor justice. not changing nor challenging the mindest of the region's peoples one iota but rather more firmly entrenching each group against the other. some things are so stupid that only an american would believe it (this comment applies for the idea of a ?Russia does not care about Kosovo one bit. It does not care about Serbia either. All Russia is looking for, by taking a tough stance, is some sort of agreement between Moscow, London and Washington. Basically some sort of tit for tat: You turn a blind eye on Georgia and chechnya for awhile, and let us join the WTO, and we in turn sell out Serbia again and don't give you any hustles in the Security Council. I think these three countries will reach a deal between January, when Ahtisaari presents his proposal, and March when the SC convenes. In the end, Russia is only looking to gain something out of the process, and not put a halt to Kosovo's independence.

In French, we say «Apologie de crimes de guerre». The term is used when a person agree with such crimes. If you remember, General Aussaresses from France agreed with the torture and killing of Algerians during the Civil War. I do not know the English word. As for the term «innocent until proven guilty», I agree in priciple, but I do not see how war criminals can be innocent even though they plead non guilty. Saddam Hussein says that he is not guilty for the crimes in iraq, and Seselj pretends that he did nothing wrong during the war. Arkan was saying the same to reporters, with a smile on his face! We know that all these guys are reponsible for so many crimes, and Serbs on this forum call the ICTY a kangaroo court. This is a shame.

Victor, its simple. Is USA war criminal for dropping atomic bombs on civilian cities in Japan? (all the sudden the smile on your face disapears). How's that for justice. Those who are guilty will all be judged sooner or later. Look what happend with Mihailovich. He was executed after his 'phony' trial for colaborating with Nazis. Although anyone who knows anything about chetniks know Nazis were their biggest enemies. Now the case is being reopened to tell the truth. All i can say is get the facts, and don't rely on propogana. Get the story from BOTH sides and make your own decision.
