To Victor, Brazilian Guy, and Milka,

If you all had bothered to read the article properly you would realise i am talking about EUFOR and NATO. If they knew where Mladic and Karadzic were they would not hesitate to apprehend them. I believe Del Ponte is just blowing smoke and doesn't know what she's on about.

She is just doing guesswork accusations.

One thing to note is suddenly Montenegro, since its independence, is not accused. Despite his mother living there and a lot of relatives and that he was accused of being there and going back and forth between there and the RS - since independence she doesn't accuse Montenegro. Seems to me a political move and not to pressure Montenegro as a reward for breaking away from the union - which is what the international community wanted and maneuvered for.

They were right from the start wanted the break up - even those who claimed not to were found to be smuggling military equipment to Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia BEFORE the wars started - especially Germany.

I agree completely with you Victor. Del Ponte even told Kostunica a few years ago where Karadzic was hiding and he refusaed to put him under arrest because he was scared of the Serb's reaction.

The great protector of the Bosnian War criminal is… Republika Srpska. And while this “entity” exists as a mini-state, their police and politicians will continue to support them and hide them from the ICTY.

What authorities, Nenad? The Serb Go. is the authority in Serbia, nobody else, and since 1995, they knew where both Karadzic and Mladic were hiding; they also knew they were war criminals, and indicted by an international tribunal, and they did nothing.
