Tadić in Germany

Tadic is going now to try to sway German govermant regarding Kosova's stand that Chancler Merkel is pro independence and is right to worry , because comes January 2007 Germany will take over EU Presidency.But after the trip I hope he will tell us the truth what German officials have told him.

You may be surprised with outcome of the meeting with the German Government. Kosovo as it is known not kosova, please don't change the maps before it's time. Ahmet if you look up kosovo under google it is not spelled Kosova.

Kosova is the word everyone will use after Januari 2007. It is very good that Ahmet Isufi use it now because that the real name of the country.

Because Kosova is an UN country they have set the name to Kosovo because that name everyone knows.

But whait and see when everyone says Kosova.

That is the worst spelling i've ever seen in my life. Kosovo has always been Kosovo and will forever known as Kosovo. The reason its not named "Kosova" is because its never been Albanian. Fyi, if i was a betting man, i wouldn't bet on KOSOVO independence in 2007. We all heard the same in 2005, and 2006 where changes for independence were better than they are now. Who knows what the playing feild on the globe will look like in the next few months/years.

"But whait and see when everyone says Kosova." Some professor...... Kosovo IS the name of the privince, Kosova is the Albanian name for Kosovo meaning even if they do get independence it will still be called Kosovo.

Kosova in Albanian, Kosovo in English. Simple.

I think you will disappointed professor, why do you think Agim ceku is running around europe looking for support. Maybe 2008 it may come up again, remember you don't always get what you want by violence.

Hey, it's been over 550 years and I still call it Constantinople. What makes you think I or a whole bunch of other people are going to call it anything but Kosovo? You can rename it Kosova, Rugovastan, Cekuania, KLAville, or just Albania Minor, but whatever the status and whatever the outcome, I'll still call it Kosovo, Pec, Djakovica, Istok, Orahovac, and Prizren (well at least we all agree on that one). I bet you it will be called DARDANIA that is the original name since beggining of time, and Kosova Albanians are direct descendants of the Illryian tribe Dardans.
And I happened to like the name, it's melodic.
And by the way to get back at the topic, Angela Merkel did give to Tadic the bitter pill, she told him Germany supports Independence.

Yeah right, Dardania,you are descendents of Illyrians and queen Teuta blah,blah...you have ancestors in Atlantis also i guess?LOL.Give me a break,please.So, my grandmother was born in city Nis(Roman Naisus) ,in south of Serbia,that was hometown of emperor Constantine the Great ,so i am probably his descendant also:-)
