Why Have we waited this long By the looks of this article the Serb knew of this Murderer for some time. Catching Ustashy guilty of murder was not priority under Tito's Yugoslavia but Cetniks defending themselves against occupying Ustashi & Nazi's was fair game for.

The Serbian Government and its people should be ashamed. Why is it that a Jewish Nazi Hunter is doing the Job that the Serbian people & Government, who I might add should have done this years ago. Monster like this should not have been allowed to grow old and blind. The Jewish government kidnapped war criminals and bought them to justice, they did not wait for the law who I might add was dragging its feet.
It saddens me to think that the 750 thousand Serbian, Jewish and Gypsy civilian victims of the Ustashi in Croatia had nobody fighting for them in Belgrade, instead those in power would rather pretend it did not happen.

Just as when the Hague was investigating Tudjman and Izetbegovic and they both coveniently died before the Hague completed the investigations, the Croatian "evidence gathering" phase will take just long enough to let this criminal die. I guess that is a sign the Croatian justice system is now operating just like the Western justice system; instead of just ignoring crimes, which is what the Croats used to do, they now use court rules and procedure to delay the process until witnesses, victims, and defendants conveniently die off.
