Are you talking about similar civil war as was between "betraitors" and Milosevic's protection corps?
And if there actually still exists people ready to use their guns in support of lies and corrupted priviledges, let them stand up and do so. Then we'll spot and recognize them. But most likely they keep hiding in their muddy holes, as this is where their much talked pride has led them to.

This is totally going to lead to civil war. The military may fight the military if they were to arrest Mladic. I can see tanks firing at Serb police already.
