From Pristina: Please explain, Mr. Simic. I think you're on to something, although I don't know what. The idea of a 'brand new extra-state' might be worth a discussion. Note that I didn't say "extra state." I like the hyphen. Two things are clear: 1.) It ain't gonna be the way it used to be, and 2.) if there is a break, it ain't gonna be a clean one -- not if the international community is calling the shots. Keep talking, folks. It's the best way out of this tangled mess for everyone.
