Something for everyone in new constitution

Great...I'm glad that the constitution was created to appease the parties. What about the people huh? Look at the U.S. today...neither major party existed before or during the drafting of the constitution, but the constitution was created and drafted for the people and thus evolved with the people. Another feeble attempt by Serbians to be politicians.

I didn't see anything there about the Kosovo Albanians, who in one side Serbia wants to force to stay in Serbia, and on the other hand it pretends they do not exist, the Premier does not shake the hand of the Albanian delegation in Vienna, and not a single attempt for Serbia to apologize for thousands of civilians in mass graves in Serbia.

Until Serbia comes in terms of reality and admits the mistake, apologizes for genocide and does not accuse the KLA for Albanians bodies ending up in Batajnica and Mackatica, it will remain in the 15th century, isolated in its never-ending bolshevik mentality. Of course, ruling Kosovo is not an option anyway.
