Disputable parts of constitution on agenda

I think insted of making a brand new constitution they should simply return the Serbian constitution before Tito,yugoslavia era as it would solve alot of the discutions that are going on now not only that but in the pervios constitution, vojvodina and kosovo did not have any sort of autonomy...that was the work of Tito who robbed Serbia of it's royalty. But luckly now that Serbia is on a steep rise in economy and modernisation I hope it's like a slap to the face to socalists/communists
