The Serbs get a bomb thrown at them and then they get a slap in the face. A 30 day 'sentence' is hardly a punishment for attempted murder.

If the boy had suffered memory loss from brain surgery then how did he find himself in North Mitrovica? Why didn't he throw a bomb in a cafe frequented by Albanians in South Mitrovica, instead of crossing the bridge, throwing a bomb, and then forgetting how he got there?
