You say that Mr. Kostunica does not leave much space because he has "already decided about priorities and what will be Serbia's stand." In fact, he has given a lot of space, and, given the economic unsustainability of "independent" Kosovo, or the worst (economic) option - joining Albania, both the Kosovo Albanians and the Europeans should carefully consider what the extremely liberal Autonomy provisions can mean. Also Paco, there is no country in the world which would be any less "decided" as your mischaracterize it. Where are you from? Spain wouldn't do it, Peru wouldn't do it, China wouldn't do it, and you can be sure that the US wouldn't do it. The US/UK can't even do it with Iraq; so get a little perspective.

"The parliament is the only democratic forum to debate the question of Kosovo. If we consider this worst of all solutions, Serbia’s position will be to reiterate that Kosovo is a part of Serbia."
The only problem is that Mr. Kostunica does not leave much space to the debate, as it seems he already decided about priorities and what will be Serbia stand.
