Here is what will happen in any negotiations. Russia will set all the terms and a complete capitulation of Ukraine. Odessa, Mykolayiv and Kharkiv come to Russia. Any government in the rump Ukraine will be under Russian control and western Ukraine will be left to rot.

Ukraine death toll is 400,000 plus 100,000 mercenaries of which 50% are from the US and UK or NATO while wounded is 1,000,000. Russian numbers from one western source is 33,000 while another says its between 40,000 and 50,000 with about 50,000 wounded.
