Volunteers are just that.
They are not sent by the government so Serbia didn't refuse. Serbia can't tell anyone to volunteer. There are plenty of Serbian volunteers there.

Mr Viç, they were doing their job in monitoring illegal activities in that part of the territory of Kosovo....but payback time will come. It is fortunate or unfortunate that Kosovo have to relly on KFOR...and they are not much on what is just when it comes to rule of law. They are just cashing in the cheque and turningva blind out especially if there is not much noice ie smuggling and illegal activities....It is called double standards, one for West and one for Kosovo and Serbia.

They better release them today . Tomorrow we will take out 3000 Serbs for each one
