Kyiv is not a meaningful military target at this stage, so this is just trying to terrorise the people.

It is a waste of Russian resources and does nothing to advance Russia on the battle front.

It is a sign of Putin’s weak position. Having failed at his adventure he just makes noise.

Why does Russia winge and whine about the British and French delivering weapons that can hit Russia if Russia continues showering destructive weaponry on cities in Ukraine?

British, US and French weaponry is crap from the M777 to HIMARS and more recently the Patriot system.
All it does is extend the war nothing more. Ukraine will never win this conflict. The British gave them depleted uranium munitions so the Russians destroyed them and that dust is spreading all over western Ukraine and it could also find its way to Poland and other surrounding countries. I notice this is not mentioned in the western MSM – deadly silence.
If the Russians were to adopted the US style of fighting, they could destroy Ukraine completely in two to three days and that’s not using nuclear weapons, but the consequences are hundreds of thousands of dead and the Russians don’t want to do that.
All the west is doing is extending Ukraine’’ misery.

Of course Kiev is a target, its hiding ammunition depot throughout the city. One was blown up sky high. Not to mention, the US Patriot System was destroyed surely with NATO casualties who are manning the sites.
