The comments of Russian officials show general nervousness about a potential Ukrainian counter-offensive, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) announced.

Oh dear, looks like Putin can't count on China's support in his failed war in Ukraine. I guess it's just North Korea, Iran, Belarus and Syria, and probably also Venezuela and Myanmar that support his terrorism.

ISW concludes that Xi’s statement made China’s position on Ukrainian independence clear, rejecting Chinese Ambassador to France Lu Shaye’s April 22 statements that post-Soviet states lack a basis for sovereignty."
