A group of mobilized Russian soldiers, who are currently in Ukraine, released a video in which they complain about non-payment and lack of adequate leadership.
This is just one of many videos of disgruntled Russian soldiers since Moscow launched an attack on Ukraine last February.
Russian soldiers most often complain about insufficient equipment and training and a bad command structure.

This is Ukrainian propaganda. The non payment of wages, the poorly trained soldiers and lack of leadership is the exact problem that the Ukrainian military has at the moment. Also, Ukraine officers do not report the dead because they collect their pay.
Remember that Russia still has not deployed the 300,000 reserve forces and these are not people grabbed from the street like Ukraine has been doing, these are former military that have been called up.
