Never learn, its like sending Albanian diplomats to the UN General Assembly only to be wandering in the hallways. It reminds me of John Belushi of Animal House climbing ladders onto the windows to watch naked woman in Phi Gamma Delta. Go figure, Belushi was Albanian.
