As a Serb with U.S. CITIZENSHIP, the only way for Serbia and Kosovo to achieve their ultimate goals is if it is done simultaneously. The obvious reason for this is because neither side trusts the other. Therefore, if Serbia expects to form the CSM and becomes an EU member and Kosovo becomes a UN member and is permitted to join all international organizations without being opposed by Serbia, then it all must be simultaneously agreed.

Don't implement nothing Albanians that Serbia is demanding.
It is only a guise of giving a legimatecy to their criminality and the puppet strings pulled even more from wicked Belgrade.
You will end up like Bosnia with a evil Srpska criminality that gets it's marching orders from wicked Serbia.

That is the most important and essential...then CSM based on reciprocity. It is so simple all in good faith under EU and USA values.
