Serbs don't want EU. That much is clear.
Looks to me like EU is in a bit of a frenzy now. Not knowing what to do. Their carrots have all gone rotten and nobody wans them.
If Serbia continues with any more of useless meetings, then let them as long as they don't sign anything.
