What business does a Serbian territory, KiM, have with Interpol on its own??? Interpol is always trying to hunt down Albanians involved in human and narcotics trafficking, and other illegal activities throughout Europe, so why the request. Maybe they're trying to get an inside edge to tip off their associates involved in these illegal activities... Kosovo is already part of Interpol, because it is part of Serbia, which happens to be a member.
