No D-day just another bullshit day in Brussels. They will ask, no not demand, that Serbia recognise Kosovo and Serbia will tell them NO. Rumour has it that the EU will not ask Serbia to sign any document but on the quiet accept an independent Kosovo and then both will join the EU very soon LOL. Serbia will say first we need to establish the Serbian municipalities and fulfill all that was signed in the Brussels and Washington agreements then we can continue talks. Naturally the EU will not do that so its status quo and Albos continue to rot in kosova ha,ha,ha. I don't think I missed anything.
