US is way too busy with Ukraine. You can't go it alone, that's for sure and if you think you will get Albanian involved because they are a NATO country, well bring it on.
NATO is way to busy with Ukraine too and they certainly can't fight on all fronts.
Don't forget, Russia is busy but China isn't. Do you think that China will allow their investments to be destroyed?
Serbia has been supplied with weapons and will hold out until Russia is done with Ukraine, which will be any day now.

There are a lot of flaws in Kurti's argument. But the main point is, Kosovo committed to form the CSM and now it's reneging. Then how can he expect Serbia to implement whatever commitments it made, let alone even negotiating any new agreements? It's not constitutional? He's expecting Serbia to change its constitution to recognize Kosovo. He wants Serbs and Albanians in one state which is blind to ethnicity? Then why did Kosovo need to become a separate country in the first place?
