The ISW is a neocon think-tank. It was founded by Kimberly Kagan who is married to Frederick Kagan, one of the Kagan brother. The other one is Robert Kagan who is married to Victoria "F the EU" Nuland. The Kagan brothers are extreme conservatives and neocons. They were the main backers of the Iraq invasion of 2003 and they are closely connected to the defense industry.
