False flag. Putin's army is getting pummelled in Ukraine, so of course nuclear warfare is the only way he can win this war in the long run... oh, wait sorry... this ""special" "operation"", so his propaganda bureau obviously thought something like this up, then some Russian plane will drop a dirty bomb on a city stolen by the Russians in Eastern Ukraine, they will blame Kiev and then start using tactical nukes against Ukrainian targets.

NATO really needs to prepare for a scenario like this.
