Pure terrorism. But it won't win the war for them. Ukraine has freedom in their hearts and they will continue to fight and die for it, armed with the industry's best. Russia is just throwing conscripts and ancient Soviet vehicles into the meatgrinder to be crushed for nothing, and maybe launch the odd cruise missle to make the life of the average civilian hell.
One thing is for sure, Russia has lost Ukraine forever.
