Albanian PM Edi Rama said he agrees with Kosovo's PM Albin Kurti that Serbia should apologize for the crimes committed and recognize the independence of Kosovo.

Albania should apologize to Serbia. Not being officially a part to the war and providing support and logistics to one of the parties was not ok under international law and cannot be considered as good nabourly relationship.
