The Russian are suffering so much the central bank has just reduce interest rates. Why even the Sun newspaper in the UK has printed a list of grocery/energy items and comparing Russian and UK prices. Grocery prices in Russia are all going down and the only thing going up is energy but only by 10%. Meanwhile in the UK everything is going up and up and energy prices rising by 80%. I wonder who is suffering?
